Tracey is the heart behind COWS. With more than 35 years of nursing experience, she has cared for people across a range of specialties, including continence, ostomy, wound care, palliative care, and aged care, always with one goal in mind—helping people live with dignity and experience less suffering.

Tracey is the heart behind COWS. With more than 35 years of nursing experience, she has cared for people across a range of specialties, including continence, ostomy, wound care, palliative care, and aged care, always with one goal in mind—helping people live with dignity and experience less suffering.

Having spent most of her career in Logan, Tracey understands the everyday challenges her clients face and brings that insight into everything she does. She’s a lifelong learner who loves sharing knowledge, whether it’s speaking at events around Australia, writing health-related content for national organisations, or contributing to professional development for future nurses. 

At her core, Tracey believes in the power of education and compassion to make healthcare better for everyone.

With 16 years of nursing experience, Harinder combines clinical expertise with a strong background in education. Harinder is skilled in aged care assessment, palliative care, enteral feeding, diabetic and COPD management, and complex wound care.
Harinder supports nursing students in developing practical skills and works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-centred care. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Harinder ensures effective communication with clients and their families.

Committed to compassionate, evidence-based care, Harinder strives to enhance the quality of life for every individual.

Alex

Alex is our kind‑hearted gentle giant, always ready with a smile and a helping hand. Whether he’s providing social support, transport, or just good company, Alex makes people feel at ease.

He’s currently studying a Bachelor of Education and has a special interest in ADHD and autism. Mentoring younger people is one of his favourite things,

He’s currently studying a Bachelor of Education and has a special interest in ADHD and autism. Mentoring younger people is one of his favourite things, and he’s passionate about building a more inclusive community where everyone feels they belong.

When he’s not supporting others, you’ll probably find Alex talking baseball stats or quoting lines from his favourite movies—two passions that show off his love of teamwork and storytelling.

 Jess is compassionate, outgoing, and always wears a smile. She is dedicated to helping others, whether that means providing support, transport, or simply offering companionship. Jess takes pride in ensuring her clients finish their day feeling valued, supported, and smiling.
She is currently studying the Diploma of Nursing and has over three years’ experience working as a support worker. Jess has a special place in her heart for the older generation, while also finding great fulfilment in mentoring and supporting younger people to grow and thrive.
